Space dividers I can’t stop thinking of
The chicest way of dividing your space without make it feel cramped? Without a doubt, screens. These are a few of my current favourites that make a definite impact and will elevate your interior.
Although they might seem rather old-fashioned at first glance, screens are versatile, bring character to an otherwise plain space. and many designers have had a hand at bringing a new lens to these space dividers. An eternal favourite is certainly Dalì’s whimsical and detailed interpretation.

Ebur Editions - Vague Screen
The Vagues screen is inspired by traditional Asian lacquered wood screens.
The ripples and the irregularities of the light reflecting on the lacquered surface recalls the reflection of the sun on a rough sea. The colour contrast between the front and the edges of the screen brings a subtle, elegant detail.
2. Giacometti - Paravent Les animaux Rois
Diego Giacometti has, according to our knowledge, produced five screens.
For a Parisian apartment, the artist created and delivered a staircase, coffee tables, chairs, door handles and a set of four screens including this piece.
The four screens replaced the balustrades overlooking the drawing-room and were placed next to each other, thus concealing the night quarters on the first floor.
From the living room one could simply look up to see a succession of animals and leaves running everywhere.

6. Modern Minimal Room Divider
The Gray screen is a freestanding room divider named after the iconic modernist architect-designer Eileen Gray, a lover of screens. The large powder-coated aluminium curves introduce a mass of vibrant colour into an interior. The screen can be used to divide an open living space or to provide privacy to an area. Ideal as a dressing screen in the bedroom or a dressing room, adding a sense of privacy. The Gray Screen is suitable for both commercial and residential settings indoors and outdoors. Made to order in fifteen colours.
